Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis:
Übernachtung direkt im Herzen der Lissaboner Altstadt –
in der Alfama und am Burgberg Castelo

Unsere ideal gelegenen Wohnungen befinden sich direkt im Herzen der berühmten Alfama und am Hang des Burgberges São Jorge (Castelo).
Die Alfama-Wohnungen sind nur wenige Schritte von der Kirche São Miguel entfernt, auch als «Largo da Palmeira» bekannt. In Alfama haben wir 2 Wohnungen mit jeweils einem Schlafzimmer (bequemes Doppelbett), modernem Bad und Wohnzimmer (Sofabett). Beide Wohnungen sind mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet (Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine) und können je bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen. Das Haus mit ummauertem, verschliessbarem Eingangshof wurde 2007 komplett sanft saniert unter Erhaltung seiner charakteristischen Ursprünglichkeit, wie sie für die Alfama typisch ist.
Die Castelo-Wohnungen am Hang der São Jorge-Burg sind wenige Schritte von der Kirche São Cristovão entfernt und nur ein paar Treppenstufen von der Baixa und dem Rossio, den beiden anderen berühmten Altlissaboner Stadtvierteln. Auch von hier kann man Lissabon bequem zu Fuss erkunden!
In Castelo können wir ebenfalls 2 Wohnungen anbieten mit jeweils einem Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), Bad und Wohnzimmer (Sofabett). Beide Wohnungen sind mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet (Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine) und können bis zu 4 Personen beherbergen. Das Haus wurde 2008 komplett saniert, ebenfalls unter Erhaltung seiner Originalität und hat eine gekachelte Front im Altlissaboner Azulejo-Stil.
In unmittelbarer Nähe unserer Wohnungen gibt es viele kleine Läden, in denen man bei ganz persönlicher Bedienung so ziemlich alles bekommt (Typ Tante-Emma-Laden), verträumte Cafés, Restaurants mit Atmosphäre und abendlicher Fado-Musik und auch eine Apotheke.
Unsere Gäste bekommen selbstverständlich bei Ankunft eine Karte mit allen notwendigen Informationen, um ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Alfama und Castelo gehören zu den ältesten Vierteln Lissabons und haben daher sowohl architektonisch als auch kulturell eine Vielzahl von Attraktionen zu bieten. Hier hat der Fado seinen Ursprung und viele kleine Lokale bieten typische Gerichte und abendliche Fado-Vorstellungen. Bei einem Rundgang durch die Gassen – alles zu Fuss und ohne Transportmittel möglich! – taucht der Besucher wie im Traum in das Lissabon früherer Zeiten ein.
Juni und Juli sind die Monate der Volksfeste. In dieser Zeit wird Lissabon bunt geschmückt, es werden überall Stände mit Speisen (vor allem knusprige Sardinen vom Grill) und landestypischen Getränken aufgebaut. Der Schutzpatron von Lissabon, der Heilige Antonius, wird am 13. Juni gefeiert. Zu seinen Ehren finden Umzüge in allen Stadtvierteln statt, natürlich auch in Alfama und Castelo.
Den Fans der Extremsportarten können wir noch das «Downtown Alfama» empfehlen, das Radrennen durch die Alfama, welches jährlich stattfindet.
In der ersten Dezemberhälfte werden Weihnachtskonzerte in den Kirchen São Miguel in der Alfama, Igreja da Graça und Menino de Deus in Encosta do Castelo aufgeführt.

Alfama and Castelo Apartments




Our apartments are located in Alfama and in Castelo.
The apartments in Alfama are only a short distance from the Sao Miguel church, in the square that is known as “Largo da Palmeira”. We have two apartments, each is equipped with a kitchenette (oven, refrigerator, cooker and washing machine) and has room for up to 4 people. They have a living-room (with sofa bed), a bathroom and one bedroom (double bed). The house was completely renovated in 2007, but preserving its original characteristics and its entrance patio.
The apartments in Castelo are only a short distance from the Sao Cristovão church and a few stairsteps away from Rossio and Baixa. We have two apartments, each is equipped with a kitchenette (oven, refrigerator, cooker and washing machine) and has room for up to 4 people. They have a living-room (with sofa bed), a bathroom and one bedroom (double bed). The house was completely renovated in 2008, but preserving its original characteristics and its tiled front.
Near both locations you can find little stores, cafés, restaurants and pharmacy. Our guests will receive a map with all the important information to make their stay as interesting as possible. Alfama and castelo are of the oldest parts of Lisbon, offering interesting architectural and cultural sites. Fado has its origins here and there are several restaurants serving typical food to the sound of live Fado. Walking through the narrow streets, the visitor can easily imagine the Lisbon of former times. June and July are the months of the local festivities, when Lisbon is decorated with all colours. In those months, small food and drink stands are set up everywhere, inviting the visitor to try the typical grilled sardines. June 13th is the day of St. Anthony, Lisbon’s patron Saint. On the eve of that day, there are processions and folkloric marches of Lisbon’s oldest quarters, including Alfama and Castelo, in his honour. Fans of more radical sports can enjoy a bicycle race through the narrow streets, that takes place each year in central Alfama.In the first half of December, Christmas concerts are organized in the churches of Sao Miguel in Alfama, “Igreja da Graça” and “Igreja do Menino de Deus” in Encosta do Castelo. Apartamentos Alfama y Castelo





Nuestros apartamentos están localizados en Alfama y Castelo.

Los apartamentos en el corazón de Alfama, están a escasos pasos de la Iglesia de San Miguel en la plaza , también conocida como "Largo da Palmeira". Tenemos 2 apartamentos, con 1 cuarto (cama de matrimonio), sala (sofá cama) y 1 baño. Cada apartamento tiene cocina con horno, nevera y lavadora e puede hospedar hasta 4 personas. El edificio fue totalmente renovado en 2007, pero conserva su estilo típico y su patio de entrada.



Los apartamentos en Castelo, están a escasos pasos de la Iglesia de San Cristovão y de Baixa e Rossio. Tenemos 2 apartamentos, con 1 cuarto (cama de matrimonio), sala (sofá cama) y 1 baño. Cada apartamento tiene cocina con horno, nevera y lavadora e puede hospedar hasta 4 personas. El edificio fue totalmente renovado en 2008, pero conserva su estilo típico y su frente con azulejos.


Muy cerca de los 4 apartmentos hay cafés, panaderías, restaurantes, tiendas, pequeños supermercados de barrio y farmacia. Facilitamos a nuestros huéspedes un mapa con todas las informaciones importantes para hacer su estancia lo más interesante posible. Alfama y Castelo son de los barrios más antiguos de Lisboa, y ofrecen varios puntos de interés arquitectónico y cultural. El fado, una forma musical típica de Portugal, tuvo su origen en estes lugares. En el vecindario hay varios restaurantes que ofrecen comida típica con actuaciones de fado. Al caminar por sus estrechas callejuelas, el turista se siente transportado a otras épocas. Junio y Julio son los meses de las fiestas populares, y entonces Alfama y Castelo se adornan con múltiples colores. Por todos lados se montan tenderetes de comida y bebida y se invita a probar las típicas sardinas a la parrilla. El 13 de Junio se celebra el día de San Antonio, patrón de la capital lusitana, y por ese motivo los barrios históricos, entre ellos Alfama y Castelo, participan en las "Marchas de Lisboa". Informamos a los adeptos a los deportes radicales que todos los años se organiza el Downtown Alfama, una competición ciclista por las accidentadas callejuelas de Alfama. Durante la primera quincena de Diciembre se realizan conciertos navideños en las iglesias "Igreja de Sao Miguel" en Alfama, "Igreja de Graca" en la Graça e "Igreja do Menino de Deus" en la Encosta do Castelo. ¡Lisboa tiene múltiples atractivos, que la hacen muy interesante para quien la visita!

Nos appartements sont localisés à Alfama et à Castelo.
Les appartements à Alfama,sont localisés à deux pas de l'église de São Miguel, sur la place du même nom, aussi appelée "Place des Palmiers".

L'immeuble est composé de 2 appartements :
avec une chambre (lit 2 personnes) , un salon (canapé-lit), et une salle de bain. Chaque appartement possède une kitchenette avec four, réfrigérateur, machine à laver et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

L'immeuble a totalement été rénové en 2007 mais conserve son caractère typique et sa cour d'origine.
Les appartements à Castelo ,sont localisés à deux pas de l'église de São Cristovão et 2 minutes de Baixa et Rossio.
Nous avons 2 appartements avec une chambre (lit 2 personnes) , un salon (canapé-lit), et une salle de bain. Chaque appartement possède une kitchenette avec four, réfrigérateur, machine à laver et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.L'immeuble a totalement été rénové en 2007 mais conserve son caractère typique et sa fachade avc des azulejos.

A proximité de les deux lieus se trouvent des cafés, boulangerie, des restaurants, des magasins, des supérettes de quartier et pharmacie.

Nous offrons à notre clientèle un plan contenant toutes les informations importantes afin que son séjour soit le plus intéressant possible.

Alfama et Castelo sont des quartiers les plus anciens de Lisbonne et offre plusieurs points d'intérêts architecturaux et culturels.
Le fado, style musical typique portugais y est né. Alentours, plusieurs restaurants vous proposent de déguster des plats typiques pendant que des chanteurs de fado se produisent devant vous.
En flânant dans ses étroites ruelles, le touriste se sent comme transporté vers d'autres époques.

En juin et juillet, Alfama et Castelo se pare de couleurs multiples afin de célébrer deux mois de fêtes populaires : partout se montent de petits stands où l'on vous invite à goûter les célèbres sardines grillées. Le 13 juin est fêté le jour de Santo António, patron de la capitale lusitaine, et Alfama et Castelo, tout comme les autres quartiers historiques, participe aux '"Marches de Lisbonne". Nous informons les adeptes de sports que tous les ans est organisé le "Downtown Alfama", une compétition cycliste qui se déroule dans les ruelles accidentées de Alfama. Durant la première quinzaine de décembre, se produisent des concerts de Noël dans les églises de "São Miguel" à Alfama, de "Graça" à Graça et du "Menino de Deus" près du Château.
